How do I get my files to Discount EDGAR?

We certainly do! We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Public companies are worldwide and with clientele in all corners of the globe, we meet every single one of our client’s needs by being available whenever we are called upon. What are your normal turnaround times for HTML and XBRL?
Generally speaking our turnaround time for HTML is 1-12 hours depending on the size of the document. If we receive a document by the end of business day, we can generally have it ready for you before the next morning.
XBRL documents do take some additional time and undergo a careful review process. If a company has never filed XBRL, and the initial mapping and tagging have not been completed, the process takes about 48 hours. For us to complete a new period of financials that already have a template, the normal turnaround is approximately 12 hours. Our turnaround time for XBRL depends on the number of notes which require DNT tagging.
What is DNT?
DNT, or Detailed Note Tagging, is the process by which all pertinent financial information contained within the financial notes of a company are broken down into individually tagged tables, details and details narratives. This requires our experts to read through each individual note and pull out all information containing a table or financial information and provide a separate taxonomy for each item. As you can imagine, the more notes, the longer it takes!
Do you have a rush charge?
No RUSH charge is applied on documents but we do ask for as much notice as possible. We always turn our documents around as quickly and accurately as possible, even during deadlines.
How do I know my deadline or my SEC Registration fees?

I’m dually listed in the United States and Canada, can Discount EDGAR still help me?
Absolutely! We have access to both the EDGAR and SEDAR filing systems so whenever you must file in both countries we can do so quickly and cost-effectively. Our EDGAR software provides the needed PDF files for SEDAR filing. There is no need to have two separate filing agents working for you when you can do everything all at once with us!
What format do we need to send our documents in?
We can work with any formats such as MSword, Excel, PDF, TTF, JPG, GIF, Powerpoints and others as well. Please be sure that you note the costs on our fee schedule associated with these other formats as they are more time consuming. If you have a MS Word or Excel file available please send that as it will be the fastest turnaround and most cost effective for your company.
