Refunds & Cancellations Policy

In case you are not satisfied with the service, you may cancel the services at any time by calling Discount EDGAR with a notice of your intent to cancel the services. You acknowledge that the cancellation will be effective from the beginning of the next month after you provide notification at least 10 days before the next billing date. Discount EDGAR will provide you with email confirmation of both, your request to cancel Services and the actual cancellation of Services. If you do not receive a confirmation of your request to cancel services after calling us or if you do not receive a confirmation of service cancellation, you must notify Discount EDGAR by sending an email to info@discountedgar.com or by calling Customer Care number provided on the website.

For subscription based plans, a full refund will be issued, in case Discount EDGAR has not been able to provide service to you.

If there are one or more resolved issues, the fees for the Subscription Service will not be refundable. Notwithstanding this Discount EDGAR may, at its sole discretion and on a case by case basis, agree to a refund of Subscription fees after deducting charges for servicing the Customer. For incident based plans, you will be eligible for refund when all of the following criteria are met:

  • You have all the prerequisites which were required to provide the service.
  • The issue is not out of scope for the particular plan and issue was not resolved.
  • 15 days have not passed after the service was was last provided upon by a Discount EDGAR Expert.

Full refund would be provided if Discount EDGAR would not be able to provide any service. There would be no refunds in case of service already provided. If you have availed a partial service, a prorated charge will apply. In case you have used our service and still file a chargeback, your account would become ineligible to receive a refund from us.
