Entry Level Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator

We are seeking an entry level candidate to join our team as an Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator. This person will be highly detail oriented and have excellent communication skills. This insightful, proactive and dedicated individual will be able to approach new tasks with enthusiasm. This person will support our teams in managing their day to day client responsibilities and ensure the client related projects are appropriately responded to on a timely basis, in a clear and concise manner. Additional administrative duties may be required as necessary.


  • ♦ Assist in developing/improving processes and internal documentation as well as various administrative tasks
  • ♦ Provide superior administrative support to ensure smooth client engagement and project completion
  • ♦ Coordinating and tracking multiple projects
  • ♦ Follow client specific administrative systems, procedures, and policies to maintain a seamless workflow
  • ♦ Communicates procedural updates as needed to management and client team to ensure adherence to client expectations
  • ♦ Manage client information to be sure it is up to date and accurate.
  • ♦ Resolve administrative problems by identifying potential solutions
  • ♦ Provide information by answering questions and requests

Required Skills:

  • ♦ High School Diploma or higher
  • ♦ Proven experience managing/prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • ♦ Customer service orientation: proven experience managing relationships to identify needs, probe for understanding and/or translate needs into action
  • ♦ General numeric aptitude/financial skills
  • ♦ Strong oral/written communication skills: able to understand/interpret, clarify and confirm others' communications/requests; must be concise
  • ♦ Proficient with MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint as well as Adobe PDF
  • ♦ Typing of 60+ wpm
  • ♦ Utilizing web-based software preferred
  • ♦ Time management, focused and efficient.
  • ♦ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
